Brewing advice: 4-5min / 80°C / 3gr-30cl
Ingredients: Only young buds harvested during 3 weeks in spring time
Description: Coming from a very rare wild variety, the young leaves have purple highlights that look like dragon scales. This tea offers incredible aroma and flavors of rose and litchi. No astringent notes.
Method: Dried in the sun, then lightly roasted to stop the oxidation caused during drying. 
Benefits: This tea is rich in antioxidants and minerals thanks to the high quality of the first spring buds, and especially thanks to the anthocyanin, which is a natural pigment that makes the buds purple.
